Terms and conditions

Scope

These terms apply to consumer and business orders in the Kaito Parts online shop.

Order and contract

Before submitting an order, customers can review and correct the items, quantity, address, payment method and total. The customer submits a binding offer using the button that indicates an obligation to pay. Acceptance is made through the express order confirmation and payment request.

Prices

Prices are final prices in euros. Under the German small-business rule in section 19 UStG, VAT is not charged. Shipping within Germany is free.

Payment

Depending on the payment method available for the order, payment can be made online through Stripe or in advance by bank transfer. For bank transfer in advance, the total is due within three calendar days of the payment request; dispatch and any sourcing begin after receipt of payment is confirmed. Online payments follow the payment information shown at checkout.

Delivery

Delivery is available within Germany only. The product page states the estimated delivery time.

Warranty

Statutory rights for defects apply. Disclosed wear and expressly described deviations in used parts do not constitute defects.

Cancellation

Consumers have the statutory cancellation right described in the cancellation policy. No voluntary cancellation right is offered to business customers.

Consumer dispute resolution

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
