Hosting

The shop, admin application and API are hosted by Render. Technical access and error data may be processed to provide and secure the services.

Database and images

Product, order and administration data are processed server-side in Supabase PostgreSQL. Public product images are provided through Supabase Storage. Internal database tables are not available for direct browser access.

Orders and cancellations

Contact, billing, shipping and order data are processed to handle contracts. Electronic cancellation declarations are stored with the submitted details and a server timestamp.

Payment

Depending on the payment method available for the order, payment can be made online through Stripe or in advance by bank transfer. Stripe receives payment and transaction data only when a Stripe payment method is selected and used. Kaito Parts does not store full card details.

Browser storage

The cart and language setting may be stored locally. Pending order recovery data and a private receipt token may be kept temporarily in session storage.

Recipients and retention

Data is shared only where required for hosting, database operation, payment, shipping, accounting or legal duties. It is retained for the relevant purpose and statutory periods.

Rights

Subject to the legal requirements, data subjects have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and may complain to a supervisory authority.
